You cannot distribute the land purchased for your elder son without him transferring it to you. You can give more land from your inheritance to your younger son, but it’s advisable to consult a lawyer to ensure fairness and prevent future disputes. You can combine the inherited and purchased land for division, but ensure your elder son consents and the division is proportionate and fair.
