Can a father, who has disowned his son, still legally give him a share of his property? Or can the son claim his rightful share even after being disowned?

Under Indian law, disowning a son does not automatically cut off his inheritance rights. A son can still claim his rightful share of his father’s property, even if he was disowned. The father can still give a share of his property to his son through a will or other legal means, but disowning him does not automatically eliminate his inheritance rights.
