A couple, living together for two years without their families’ knowledge, have faced a difficult situation. The woman, who had changed her name and documents to reflect their relationship, is now alleging that these changes were forged by her partner. She has filed a complaint accusing him of harassment, despite him trying to reach out amicably. She also claims he forged the documents, even though he was the proposer for her bank account. Now, she’s trying to reverse the changes without his knowledge. How can he legally defend himself against these accusations?
