My son worked at a 3-star hotel but didn’t get a proper appointment letter. He was wrongly accused of leaving the job and denied compensation. Thankfully, the court ruled in his favor. It’s been two months now. If the hotel wants to appeal, how much time do they have?

Under the Indian Code of Civil Procedure, the hotel has 90 days from the date of the judgment to file an appeal in a lower court, or 30 days for an appeal in a higher court. This timeframe begins after the judgment is delivered and the hotel is informed of it.
