My mother lives in Europe and can’t travel to India. She wants to sell her flat here, but she needs me to handle the process. How can I get a Power of Attorney from her so I can legally sell the property on her behalf?

Your mother can execute a Power of Attorney (POA) in her country, following the legal requirements there. She’ll need to have it notarized and, if required, apostilled to make it legally valid in India. This POA will grant you the authority to sell the property on her behalf.
