My home is in Bhavanipur, Naugachia, which is in Bhagalpur. A BPL card came in my name, but the Mukhiya here won’t give me the ration card. How can I get my ration card? Please help.

As per the National Food Security Act, 2013, you are entitled to a ration card if your name is on the BPL list. You can approach the District Supply Officer (DSO) in Bhagalpur with your BPL card and file a complaint against the Mukhiya for denial of your ration card.
