My family and I are planning a wedding in an Arya Samaj temple. To make everyone happy, I’m converting to Hinduism before the ceremony. We’re also doing a court marriage afterwards. I’m wondering if, after the wedding, I can return to Islam. Will this affect the validity of my court marriage certificate?

A court marriage is valid regardless of your religious beliefs. Converting to Hinduism for the wedding ceremony won’t affect the validity of your court marriage. Returning to Islam after the marriage will not impact the legal validity of your court marriage, as it is a secular and legally binding contract.
