I’ve been fighting a case in the Punjab and Haryana High Court since 2012. After several delays, I had to argue my case myself as my lawyer wasn’t present. The judges gave me some directions and asked for additional documents (like P-12 to P-15). Now, I want to handle everything myself. Can I file these documents directly, or do I need to go through my lawyer? Since the judges acknowledged me as the petitioner in person, can I just file these documents myself? Should I submit them at the filing branch or the writ branch in Chandigarh?

Under Indian law, you can file the documents directly as you are representing yourself in court. Submit them at the filing branch of the Punjab and Haryana High Court in Chandigarh. However, it is advisable to check with the court staff or refer to the High Court’s website for specific instructions on the process and format for filing documents.
