I’m from a Bhavsar Kshatriya family, which is an OBC 2A category, and we speak Marathi at home. When I started school, my father, who is not well-educated, mistakenly listed my caste as Marathi on my admission documents. This led to my caste certificate showing me as Maratha (OBC 3, which is part of the general category. I’m currently in my second year of engineering, having secured a government seat through the general merit list in the CET exam. What steps can I take to get my caste certificate corrected to reflect my actual caste, Bhavsar Kshatriya (OBC 2A)?

You can apply for correction of your caste certificate by submitting a written application to the issuing authority, providing evidence of your actual caste (like family records, community certificates of relatives) and proof of the mistake in your original certificate.
