How can I revoke a registered power of attorney that I’ve made irrevocable in India?

Revoking an irrevocable power of attorney in India is challenging. You’d need to demonstrate a compelling legal reason, like fraud, undue influence, or the attorney’s misconduct, to convince the court to set it aside. A simple change of mind isn’t usually sufficient.
