Yes, your brother can grant you a Power of Attorney (POA) from jail to sell the property. He needs to execute the POA document in the presence of a Magistrate or Jail Superintendent. This POA, along with the relevant identification documents, needs to be registered with the Sub-Registrar office in Wardha.
