Can a registered property be revoked by an executor after holding it for 15 years?

Under Indian law, a registered property cannot be revoked by an executor after 15 years of holding it. Once a property is registered in someone’s name, it remains theirs unless transferred through legal means like sale, gift, or inheritance.
