You can apply for Indian citizenship by naturalization if you’ve been residing in India for 12 years continuously and meet other eligibility criteria. As an Afghan refugee, you may be eligible for an extension of your visa, allowing you to fulfill the residency requirement. You should consult a lawyer or immigration advisor to understand the exact process and required documents.
