In India, divorce proceedings begin with filing a petition in a Family Court. The court then issues summons to the other party, who can contest the petition. After hearing both sides, the court may grant a divorce if it finds grounds for dissolution of marriage, such as cruelty, adultery, or desertion.

My marriage happened on 18th February, 2014. My wife has a mental health issue which my in-laws concealed from me. The day she came home, she started abusing everyone.
