Based on Indian law, you can file for divorce on the grounds of your husband’s alcoholism and his refusal to work, causing significant hardship and endangering your family’s well-being. You can also seek maintenance for yourself and your children, and possibly even seek to recover the rent he’s been using from your property. It’s advisable to consult a lawyer to explore your legal options and proceed accordingly.
