Respected Sir,
I’m seeking advice regarding a divorce matter. After facing difficulties in my marriage, we decided to separate, and the issue was brought before our elders. My wife, however, misled everyone by filing a false case against my family. I initiated divorce proceedings before this case was filed. Despite attending numerous hearings, the divorce case status is now showing “ex parte evidence” as my wife hasn’t participated. I recently filed a memo, and she suddenly appeared in court. What should I do now? She hasn’t hired a lawyer and hasn’t filed any petitions.
