My wife refuses to grant a divorce and won’t negotiate. We both work in government jobs. I want a divorce and filed for it after she lodged a police complaint against me and my family, including charges like dowry harassment, theft, attempt to murder, assault, and adultery. I’m currently out on anticipatory bail along with my siblings and mother. The police seized 200 grams of gold belonging to my wife from us. My son is also siding with his mother.
