My wife is having an affair and I’m sure the child isn’t mine. Do I still have to pay maintenance for both her and the child?

Under Indian law, you are legally obligated to pay maintenance for your wife, even if she is having an affair. However, you may be able to contest paternity of the child through a DNA test and potentially avoid paying child support if the child is not yours.
