You can file an appeal against the interim maintenance order in the Andhra Pradesh High Court, including the missing documents. While a writ petition is possible, an appeal is generally preferred in this scenario. Filing an appeal typically takes a few weeks, and obtaining a stay can take longer depending on the complexity of the case.
