Under Indian law, your marriage in an Arya Samaj temple is legally valid. Your wife’s parents cannot force her into another marriage without a divorce. Your wife cannot be forced into a divorce against her will, and you have the right to contest it. You cannot legally compel her parents to allow her to return to you, but you can seek legal advice and consider approaching the police if her safety is threatened.
