My wife and I have been separated for 2 years due to many problems, including misunderstandings and false accusations. I filed for divorce in March citing desertion and cruelty. Now she’s filed a case to stop the divorce proceedings. I don’t want to reconcile and want to continue with my divorce case. What can I do to avoid her case without filing a counter-response and move forward with my divorce?

You cannot avoid her case entirely without filing a response. While you can choose not to file a counter-response, you must still appear in court and defend your original divorce petition. You can argue against her claims and present evidence to support your case for divorce.
