My wife and I divorced four months ago, and we signed an agreement outlining our responsibilities after the separation. This agreement included my right to phone and video calls with our daughter, as well as alternate weekend visits. However, she has recently changed her stance and is now refusing me access to our child. What legal steps should I take?

You can approach the family court to enforce the terms of your divorce agreement, which includes your visitation rights. The court can issue an order to your wife to comply with the agreement, and failing that, can impose penalties or even hold her in contempt of court. It’s advisable to seek legal counsel to initiate these legal proceedings.
