Indian law allows for transfer of cases based on convenience and the ability of parties to participate. Given your sister’s health and your parents’ age, you can file an application for transfer of the divorce case to Nashik, arguing that it is in the best interest of justice and prevents undue hardship. The court will consider the circumstances and make a decision.
