Your sister can file a case under the Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act for the abuse and seek a restraining order against her in-laws. She can also file a police complaint about the violence and forgery. Additionally, she can file a petition under the Hindu Marriage Act for divorce and custody of her daughter.
