My marriage in November 2013 was blissful initially, but issues arose soon after. My wife left our home in December and returned in January. Despite repeated attempts at reconciliation, things worsened when she threatened self-harm and demanded a separate family. As an only child, I couldn’t agree to this, leading to further conflict.
Unfortunately, after I too sustained self-inflicted injuries while trying to intervene, my wife left again. We tried to work things out, living separately in Chennai for a few months, but illness and further challenges arose. During my hospitalization, she left and never returned, taking my belongings.
Now, a year later, she has filed for divorce with false accusations of impotence and cruelty. Despite her claims, we had a loving and intimate relationship. I need legal guidance to navigate this difficult situation.
