Yes, the other party’s admission in their lawyer’s reply can be used as evidence in court. However, they might claim their lawyer acted without permission. To strengthen the reply notice as evidence, ensure it was sent by the other party’s lawyer on their behalf, through a formal legal channel, and it explicitly states the admission.
