My husband won a case in the Andhra Pradesh High Court in Hyderabad on July 15th, 2011. But the judge’s decision wasn’t officially recorded. The next day, the case was assigned to a different judge and it’s been stuck there ever since. How can I get this resolved?

You should file a writ petition in the Andhra Pradesh High Court seeking a direction to the court to record the previous judge’s decision. You can argue that the delay in recording the order violates your husband’s right to a fair and speedy trial. You can also seek a transfer of the case back to the original judge or to a different judge within the same court.
