Under Indian law, you are entitled to maintenance for yourself and your daughter. Your husband has a responsibility to provide for your financial needs and those of your daughter. The amount of maintenance will depend on your husband’s income and your needs, including your child’s education and upbringing. You can also seek custody of your daughter.
