My husband left me two years ago after a small argument. My father asked him to leave if he couldn’t make me happy, and he did, leaving me with my parents. My father tried to contact him, but he ignored his calls. My father then asked a friend, who is a Member of Parliament, to intervene. My husband came, but insisted on leaving me. My uncle advised him to return my belongings and pursue a mutual consent divorce. We signed the papers, but six months later I refused the divorce, and the case was dismissed. Still, he refuses to take me back. He claims I fight with him, but I want to save our marriage. He has no reason for leaving me. Should I file a complaint with the Mahila Ayog?
