Bigamy, your husband’s second marriage, is a criminal offense in India under Section 494 of the Indian Penal Code. You can report this to the police station with jurisdiction over the place where the second marriage occurred. Evidence like the marriage certificate, photos, witnesses, and any communication related to the second marriage can be presented.
