You should immediately file a complaint with the police under Section 498A of the Indian Penal Code for dowry harassment and Section 66E of the IT Act for illegal access to your phone. Contact a lawyer specializing in domestic violence and matrimonial disputes to understand your legal options and seek protection against your husband’s actions.
