Yes, you can file a transfer petition to the Delhi High Court. You can argue that the case should be transferred to Delhi since the marriage and the couple’s primary residence were in Delhi, and the husband’s claim of your residence in Himachal Pradesh is contradicted by his own admission in a Delhi court.
