You can seek protection through an order under Section 498A of the Indian Penal Code, which prohibits harassment of women by their husbands and in-laws. Additionally, you can file a case for contempt of court against your husband for not complying with the maintenance order, and file a complaint against him for filing a false criminal case. These legal actions will protect you from further harassment and help you obtain justice.
