You have grounds to challenge the sale of the house under Section 12 of the Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act, 2005, as it may be considered an attempt to deprive you of your rights. You can also pursue maintenance under Section 125 of the CrPC, as well as seek legal advice on your options regarding the house sale.
