My husband and I got married on February 27th, 2016, after a year of dating. Just five days later, he severely beat me. I tried to give him another chance, but on March 22nd, when I went to my parents’ house, he called and said I shouldn’t come back. He hasn’t contacted me since – no calls, no messages. I’ve tried reaching out, but he just says we should separate. I don’t want to give up on our marriage. What should I do now?
