Yes, you can file for divorce in Mumbai as your matrimonial home is there. Indian divorce laws apply regardless of the marriage ceremony location. There are no special Christian laws for divorce in India, only general provisions for Christian marriages under the Special Marriage Act. You can remarry after six months of the divorce decree becoming final.
