As you were married under the Arya Samaj, your marriage is legally valid. You can file a petition in a family court seeking a declaration of your marriage and seeking legal protection against your in-laws’ interference. If your in-laws continue to obstruct your marital life, you can also seek remedies like a restraining order against them.
