You can approach the High Court seeking issuance of a Non-Bailable Warrant against your husband for his return to India to face the charges. You can also file a petition for divorce on grounds of cruelty and desertion, seeking maintenance and alimony from your husband. Additionally, you can pursue the criminal charges against your husband and his family for the abuse you suffered.
