My grandfather had two brothers from different mothers. My father was born to my grandfather, and his sister (my aunt) has a daughter the same age as the son of my grandfather’s stepbrother’s daughter. This boy is the girl’s maternal uncle. Can they legally marry under the Hindu Marriage Act of 1955?
