The Arya Samaj doesn’t have the legal authority to grant divorces or annulments. The divorce order from a civil court is legally binding and will be recognized by the Arya Samaj. To ensure a smooth remarriage, it’s advisable for your friend to contact the Arya Samaj Mandir where she was married to inform them of the divorce order and seek their guidance on the remarriage process.
