In India, your brother’s wife has no legal right to live in your parents’ house unless it is explicitly stated in a legal document like a will or property agreement. You can consult a lawyer to explore legal options, including seeking a restraining order to prevent her from harassing your family. Mediation or family counseling could also be explored to resolve the situation amicably.
