You can file an application seeking early disposal of the matter, highlighting the delay and requesting a timeline for judgment. You can also approach the judge’s office for an update and inquire about the reason for the delay.

He even got his father to give a false statement against us. However, the case was dismissed because a crucial witness, a police officer, didn’t appear in court. I have evidence that I never cheated him, financially or emotionally. It seems he filed this case out of revenge after I filed for domestic violence. While I haven’t taken any action against his family, he’s targeting mine. Now that the 420 case is dismissed, what steps should I take? We are Hindus.
