My divorce case is in the family court. Recently, during my witness’s testimony, the judge was very harsh with him. He disregarded a document the witness presented, claiming it was made under my influence. The judge’s words and attitude gave the impression he was supporting my ex-partner. How can I ensure a fair trial and get justice in this situation?

You can raise objections to the judge’s behavior and seek a fair trial by recording the judge’s comments and submitting a written complaint to the higher court. You can also request the court to appoint a different judge for the case, citing prejudice and bias.
