My brother got married 7 months ago in an arranged marriage. He’s unable to have a physical relationship with his wife. Despite asking him, he refuses to talk about it. It’s starting to seem like he might be gay. What legal options do we have?
Best Answer
Indian law does not recognize sexual orientation as grounds for divorce. You cannot legally force your brother to disclose his sexual orientation or seek a divorce based on this presumption. If your brother is unwilling to discuss the issue, the best course of action is to encourage him to seek professional help from a therapist or counselor to address the underlying issues.
