You can file a police complaint in Hyderabad to recover your 15 lakhs, as this is a separate legal issue from your divorce. However, you cannot file for divorce in Bangalore if your marriage was registered in Hyderabad. You must file for divorce in the court where your marriage was registered, which is Hyderabad in this case.
