You can file for divorce under the Hindu Marriage Act or the Special Marriage Act, depending on your marriage. A mutual consent divorce requires your husband’s agreement. If he disagrees, you can file for divorce on grounds like cruelty, desertion, or adultery. Consult a lawyer to understand specific legal procedures and options.
