I promised a girl and her family I wouldn’t marry her, but they insisted. I tried to back out, but she said everything would be fine after the wedding. Feeling pressured, I told them I’d marry someone else if they didn’t stop. Later, a friend helped me get married at an Arya Samaj temple, but the girl said the marriage wasn’t valid without registration. She left and we haven’t spoken since. What should I do?
