Under Indian law, you can file for divorce on grounds of desertion (since you have lived separately for over two years) or cruelty. You can also file for divorce on the basis of irretrievable breakdown of marriage, but this requires proving the marriage has become irretrievably broken. You should consult a lawyer to understand your specific legal options and proceed accordingly.
