You can file for divorce under the grounds of cruelty and harassment based on your wife’s actions. Consult a lawyer to file the petition and protect yourself from further false accusations. The court may consider your wife’s refusal to engage in marital relations as a factor, but it’s not a direct grounds for divorce or compensation in itself.
