I filed for divorce from my wife almost a year ago. But now I’ve realized I mistakenly used her maiden name, “Garima Dhingra,” in the case documents. Her actual name is Harshit, and she took my last name after we married. The court notices have already been published with the incorrect name. Will the divorce decree be valid if issued with this mistake? If not, what steps should I take to fix this?
